Data Deletion Instructions
At IGOBI Pty Ltd., we take your privacy seriously and strive to be transparent about handling your data. If you no longer wish to use the Poker Near Me app and want us to delete your data, follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete Your Account from Within the App
Open the Poker Near Me app and go to your profile screen.
Tap on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm your decision by typing "DELETE" in the text box.
Tap the "Delete Account" button again to finalise the process.
Please note that deleting your account from within the app will permanently delete all your data, including your profile information, game history, and chat messages. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the Poker Near Me app or cannot delete your account from within the app, you can request data deletion by emailing ddr@igobi.dev. Please include the following information in your email:
Your full name and email address associated with your Poker Near Me account.
A clear statement that you would like us to delete your data.
Any additional information that may help us locate and delete your data.
Please note that data deletion requests via email may take 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the volume of requests we receive. We'll be sure to process your request as soon as possible.
